PauseSync collects as little as possible.

The short version

PauseSync is designed to run locally on your Windows computer. The app does not send us your listening data, editing activity, audio session information, media titles, DaVinci Resolve project data, or account credentials.

What the app does not collect

PauseSync does not collect analytics, crash reports, telemetry, playback history, timeline information, local file names, browser history, Spotify account data, TIDAL account data, Chrome profile data, or the contents of any audio.

Website and payment information

If you visit this website, the server or hosting provider may receive ordinary technical request information, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. We use this only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

If you choose to pay what you want, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, email address, billing information, transaction amount, date, and related checkout details. PauseSync does not receive or store your full card number.

If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message and use it to respond.

How information is used

We use limited website, payment, and contact information to provide downloads, process voluntary payments, respond to support messages, protect the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate the site or process payments, such as Stripe and our hosting provider, or when required by law.

Retention

The PauseSync app does not create a user account with us and does not send app activity to us. Website logs, support emails, and payment records may be kept only as long as needed for security, support, legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can download PauseSync for free. Payment is optional. You can contact us to ask about privacy, support messages, or payment records associated with your email address.

Children

PauseSync is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
